Rotic was built through experience, entrepreneurship and a determination to create a serious Nigerian manufacturing company.
Rotic Aluminium Extrusion was founded with a simple but ambitious vision: to prove that Nigeria could manufacture world-class aluminium profiles without compromising on quality, consistency, or sustainability.
At a time when the market relied heavily on imported products and inconsistent local supply, Rotic set out to build a fully integrated manufacturing operation that transforms recycled aluminium scrap into high-performance architectural and industrial profiles.
Located in the heart of Eastern Nigeria's industrial corridor, Rotic is building the foundation for Africa's industrial future — investing in technology, people, and sustainable manufacturing to become the continent's most trusted aluminium extrusion company.
Ebele Elochukwu is the Managing Director of Rotic Aluminium Extrusion, with more than 15 years of entrepreneurial experience in Nigeria's aluminium industry.
His career has been built from the ground up within the aluminium sector, giving him a deep understanding of the industry, its market dynamics and the realities of serving customers across Nigeria. Over the years, he has developed first-hand insight into the needs, expectations and buying behaviour of the consumers and businesses that rely on aluminium products — knowledge that continues to shape Rotic's approach to product development, quality and customer value.
As Managing Director, Ebele provides the strategic and commercial direction for Rotic, combining extensive industry experience with an entrepreneurial approach to building the company. He is closely involved in shaping the company's growth, market strategy, product offering and relationships across the aluminium value chain.
His experience gives Rotic an important advantage: an understanding of the market that comes not from observation, but from years of being in it. He understands the opportunities within Nigeria's growing construction and manufacturing sectors, the challenges faced by customers, and the importance of producing aluminium profiles that meet real market needs.
Ebele holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Essex and a Master's degree in Management from Royal Holloway, University of London.
At Rotic, his ambition is to build an aluminium extrusion company that combines deep local market understanding with world-class manufacturing standards — creating products and capabilities that serve the evolving needs of Nigeria and the wider African market.
Onyinye Elochukwu is the Chief Operating Officer of Rotic Aluminium Extrusion, bringing more than a decade of experience across manufacturing operations, product development, brand strategy, marketing and entrepreneurship.
Her career began at Heineken Nigeria, where she gained experience within one of the world's leading multinational manufacturing organisations. Working in a highly structured, performance-driven environment gave her an early foundation in operational excellence, commercial thinking, consumer insight and the discipline required to build and scale brands and businesses.
Since then, her experience has extended beyond the corporate environment into entrepreneurship and business building, giving her exposure to the realities of taking ideas from concept to market — developing products, building brands, managing operations and making decisions with real commercial consequences.
At Rotic, Onyinye has brought that breadth of experience into one of Nigeria's most technically demanding manufacturing sectors. As COO, she is deeply involved in the business from end to end — spanning procurement, production, inventory, systems, quality, people and commercial execution. Her role is not simply to oversee operations, but to build the systems, capabilities and culture required for Rotic to operate at a world-class standard.
Her approach combines the discipline of multinational business with the agility of an entrepreneur and the technical mindset of an engineer. She is particularly focused on using technology, data and process innovation to modernise manufacturing and create a more efficient, consistent and scalable aluminium extrusion business.
Onyinye holds an MEng from Aston University, Birmingham, and an Executive MBA from ESCP Business School, Paris.
